Your Story
When you became a parent you may not have realized at the time, that caring for and raising a child could be fraught with challenges like anxiety, learning exceptionalities, attachment issues, difficulty with social skills, or aggression. These may manifest as behaviours like opposition, tantrums, emotional outbursts, non-compliance, or body aches and pains. There are many pieces to the puzzle. No matter what your situation is, early intervention is key. Let’s start where you’re at. Let’s start today.
Meet Stephanie
As a life-long learner, educator, and counsellor, Stephanie’s search for knowledge and wisdom is continuous. Children are complex and miraculous little creatures. They can be the cause of our greatest joys, as well as our deepest frustrations. If you’ve tried everything and nothing is working, this is when a real opportunity emerges to dig deep. Utilizing a philosophy that is comprehensive, intuitive, and evidence based, Stephanie weaves together a unique combination of skills and treatment approaches to get the root of the issue and restore a sense of balance.
How it Works
Back on Track now offers online group training instead of one-on-one counselling sessions, in order to meet the high demand for services and in an effort to support more families. The workshops contain all of the valuable content that has been used with great success in individual family sessions.

Workshops and Training
With a Master of Teaching from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Victoria, Stephanie knows what information is pertinent, and ensures it is accessible. Whether you are a parent looking for ways to help your child cope, a Superintendent of a school board looking for rich and relevant professional development for your staff, or the Director of a daycare or community agency looking for hands-on tools for your ECEs, CYWs, and support workers, you’re in the right place.

Community Experience
A Windsor native, Stephanie spent many years on Vancouver Island, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in some of the most challenging childhood situations. Armed with depth knowledge and vast experience, Stephanie is passionate about Windsor Essex and provides professional training throughout the community for school boards, the University of Windsor, and the City of Windsor Children’s Services. Stephanie also works with professionals throughout the community including psychologists, doctors, naturopaths, speech and language pathologists, vision and hearing specialists, occupational therapists, and classroom teachers.
All workshops, training, and professional development offerings are done online via my Zoom Healthcare account, which is Zoom’s most secure version. It is compliant with PHIPA and PIPEDA, Canada’s information privacy acts.
