Stephanie John MT, OCT, BA

Rooted in Attachment and Developmental Psychology, Stephanie’s all-encompassing approach draws on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behaviour Threapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),  sensory integration, nutritional health, mindfulness, visualization, yoga, and includes customized tools for developing self-regulation and increasing emotional intelligence.
